Paradigm City IS new york!
maybe some sort of post apocolyptic NY becuase those circular chunks taken out of the island look like bomb craters.
Well at least we agree that PC was obviously based off NY

Considering that after all that time, hats of a local team would be far more likely to still exist than the lower numbers of hats from a visiting/distant team, yeah, it's a pretty good clue.
