I think I found this over at Fearsome Oekaki. . . or was it Oekaki Central? Either way I thought it was funny, ::hopes the artist doesn't smite me::

this is all in the scene...you'd have to had watched this episode to get it fully...but so the sake of saving my cramping hands, I'll condense it.
The Cheif, Zenigata, and a guard run in through an airport which is heavily guarded with security everywhere (Lupin is assumed to be coming to the island). They run up to a line of guardes at their hightech "kissy face" machine which somehow identifies people
...The cheif shouts at the guards (their Jamaican) saying "What's the matter with you guys! You let a guy through wearing a damn Reagan mask!!" "uhh..Who's Dan Reagan, Sir?" "IMBASSILE!!! Get back to playing kissy face you. *to Zenigata and the other guard* Come on guys LET'S GO!!" ...and the chief, guard and Zenigata run off through the hallway. Then the Jamaican guard ponders something...
"Hey guys, why was the chief getting off that plane from France? ...hmm...HUH?! HEY FOLLOW THOSE GUYS!!!!"
Turns out it was Lupin (the chief), Jigen (Zenigata) and Goemon (the guard w/ them)...they get caught in a sudden downpoor and Lupin complains about it and Jigen exclaims something along the lines of "Hey you could have had the trenchcoat but no!"
the look on the Jamaican Guard's face was histerical! Captured in a sequence below
