It's amazing how some people are knocking this movie, when it was freaking awesome!
I haven't had a movie experience like this since well... ever!
It was just plain good, and quite frankly a Live Big O is so close to reality it's not freaking funny.
(Erm, and those two threads need to get merged with this one since this thread is in the right place.)

Since the DVD is now out, for those that have seen it on DVD as well as theaters, what you guys think?
I got it on DVD and the extras are GREAT. They really put time and effort into creating the movie. Alot of hard work and sweat got condensed into this story.

I admire their enthusiasim to perfect a new type of movie making, but I still wasn't that entertained by the film...
In addition I'm not too ready to accept a filmaking technique which relies way to heavily on CGI.

When I recently went out of town this past weekend I ordered Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow in my hotel room, and I really enjoyed it! ^_^
