well in reference to the little girl she was going through a time when her powers were out of control so maybe she just started talking about people's pasts in general, you never know. As for Scwarzwald killing his wife, I doubt it, he doesn't kill too many people aside from the mass murder of all those party goers, and the HINTED murder of Roger's client in the manga. (it says she committed suicide and that it seemed like she was running from something and Schwarzwald is the one to tell Roger about his clients death.) Hes not really a killer more like a prophet.

Depends on your definition of a prophet. He does indeed kill some people when he is trying to get his message across. The prophet Samuel was well known for beheading people, and Deborah directly influenced the driving of a metal spike through the head of an enemy general.
