I'd think it'd be a little small for a solar panel, especially considering how little sunlight Paradigm gets.

Yeah, weren't the couds above Paradigm permanent?
I think that'd impeed solar power significantly.

Verily. I'd doubt you could power her from a solar panel that small even with regular sunlight (unless it was an incredibly efficient panel), let alone what little Paradigm gets (a few rays here and there but otherwise perpetual cloud cover).
As I said earlier, I like madclarinet's idea of a small, super-efficient heat engine the most out of anything proposed in this thread. It'd provide a good deal of power without the drawbacks of solar (lack of sunlight) or that biomass idea Pygmalion posted (the worst bad breath imaginable) or a nuclear power source (radiation).

I would say Hydrogen Fuel Cells, but that wouldn't work well. Everytime Dorothy bumped into something, she would explode. I couldn't bare the thought of that.

I think I've done enough damage here.

I would lead more towards the nanobot side.
I remember in a former 'how to megadeuses run' thread or something similar, someone mentioned that megadeuses run on memories.
It could be the same for androids. The creation of androids and megadeuses could have included the godly technology that people like Waynewright didn't fully understand. Mass production created many machines that absorbed and used the memories. After they all destroyed each other, leaving only a few megadeuses and androids, people start to regain their memories. When the machines are used too much, people lose their memories again.
