Yeah, I hate to do it but I'm going to have to be the "party pooper" and remind people to get back on topic! ('s part of my job, 'n all)
As for Crushes? Nah, I can't say I have any. I'm getting to old for pointless crushes... when you're young it's fun, but in your Mid 20's it's just kinda pointless

I don't think crush is too a great word....cause I'm sure all of us has some kind of admiration for another in some kind of way....thus the "Thank you" thread. This thread pertains to...something more....like you're so attached to the way the person thinks and feels that its just....pleasing...to talk to the person everyday

Well, you could always use fancy, or taken by, or other terms of the sort. "Admiration for" doesn't really imply romantic feelings...whilst "fancy" and "taken by" does, and they usually aren't seen as negative (while crushes generally are).
For example, I can have admiration for you, Lady Tesser, but that doesn't mean I'm crushing on you or anything of the sort. However, if I were to say that I was taken by you, or that I fancy you...well, that would be a different story entirely.

Well just look through the Smith Mansion, we agree on pretty much everything. And she's nice , cool, smart but not so much that she makes me look like a fool. And i don't have a lot of female friends my own age, so it's nice having conversations with her.

Worst that can happen:
1. The crushee has the same taste in gender as the crusher. (Like a girl likes a member without a sign, then she finds out the one without a sign is another girl. See?)
2. The crushee has a signifigant other that doesn't take too kindly to 'other people sniffin' around'.
3. The crushee may be immature enough to call the crusher a 'pathetic loser'.
4. The crushee may be uncomfortable enough to not come to the boards any more.
5. The crusher is extremely shy and wants to retain their privacy.
6. There's just no way they can get together, which some people do want to.
That's all I can think of right now.

As I stated before, I have no crush on any girl from Paradigm...I'm pursuing someone in real life, pointless crushes will just serve to distract me from my goal.
Okay, the bidding for information on R.Smith's love interest will close at 8:00 PM EST tonight...as it stands, the info will be going to Lady Tesser because of her bid of a chocolate android of any forum member.
Going to be hard to top, that will.
Though there is something people can offer me...that I just can't refuse...wonder what that could be...
