You know, there is nothing wrong with having multiple concurrent crushes. I'd have to lean more towards NO. You can like multiple people, just the same as liking multiple foods, cars, ... etc. There is nothing wrong with it. Variety is the spice of life.

I, for one, like many people. However, as for crushes, I am still locked on her. Strange, eh?
