As you know, do to the excessive amount of posting in a day that occurred in this thread, as well as the posting of off topic pursuits, this thread was closed and could very well have (in good conscience and judgement) been deleted.
However, considering how many people have invested posts into the thread - and how it is, in itself, not a bad idea - , the Administration allowed it (as some of you know) to be reconstructed and eventually re-opened instead. Over the past day or so, a collection of Moderators - namely, GK Version 1, The Fallen Phoenix, and dawnstrider - have been and still are hard at work to bring the thread back into being hopefully by tomorrow, so you can get back to the posting as soon as possible.
Nonetheless, two "ground rules" must be laid out before that happens, to prevent this problem from happening again.
1: Try to stay as on topic as possible. A little drift is all right - and it adds some to the fun - but it should not become excessive.
2: Try to keep it under 5 pages(or 100 posts) a day; any greater than that, and bandwidth will be wasted and the site could be suspended - which would be bad news for everyone.
Keep in mind that if either of the two above rules are broken again, there is no guarantee that the entire thread won't be deleted, and for those who remember the Speakeasy, it has been done before.
Again, we don't want to discourage posting; want you to have fun and commune
. But we also want you to recognize that there is a point when the site can be damaged, and that would be a loss for everyone.

You see, Junior year means after that I'm only one year away from graduating out of High School and then I don't have anymore school until college (did I spell that right!?). During my Junior year, it's most helpful to have a g/f ... *cough* ...and it also makes sure you have a girl that is more than just a friend to you outside of school
