Would the Brand be "Louse" then?
BTW, It's always great to see this thread re-re-re-re-resurrected.

Dorothy would "brand" you by punching your lights out
Hurt me baby, hurt me...

I think we've been looking at the end of Act 26 all wrong.
Everything vanishes because Big Venus and Big O have eyes only for each other, and the rest fades from their consciousness. We see this too, because the Bigs are telepathic with their Dominuses.
The world goes to white when the robots merge not because anything in particular happened to the WORLD, but because something would happen to Adult Swim if they violated the show's PG rating.
Roger and Dorothy are teleported into the control room with Angel just before the two Megadeuses "merge" because, well, ... you figure it out.
They cut the part where Big O lights a telephone-pole sized cigarette from the smoking ruins of the city and shares it wtih Big Venus (and where Angel shares one of her cigarettes wtih Roger and Dorothy.)
The earth only moved for them. There was no Reset.
See? Perfectly consistent with the known facts.

Well oddly enough, that makes sence, although we can still see Roger standing on Big O when they merge. What's up with that?

I wasn't planning on having any children by Big Venus. I think our interfaces are incompatible.

We all know what Big O and Big Venus were doing together during those last few seconds of Act 26. The censors put a big ball of light to keep us from seeing the details, but we know what was happening!
But I just now realized that all this explains the domes! The domes are Big Venus' eggs!
What to they hatch into, do you suppose?

Yeah. The larval stage looks remarkably like people.

....*Extracts ACT's brain through odd telepathic surgery, replaces it with a slightly less dirty one while keeping ACT's brain in storage to threaten the world with later*
So Paradigm elite are living inside of eggs... Makes some sense actually, heh.

Oh my god. .. it's tracts. It's makes perfect sense.
Poor Dorothy's going to need therapy. Witnessing something like that is one thing, but being telepathically linked to them while they do it is a whole 'nother story.
WHOO 1200th post!!!
50 more and I can get my costum thingy-ma-bob. Yea! ^_^

I suppose that also means that Gordon Rosewater is the world's biggest matchmaker, since he had to DRAG Angel to where Big Venus was, and also had to tell Roger to (nudge, nudge, wink, wink) "negotiate" with the Director.

Does that mean Gordon is guilty of... procurement?
*Zola walks off whistling "I'm Just a Gigolo" loudly enough for Roger to hear*
