Basically, I think that knight here is saying that he thinks Roger is a Memory much like Angel is. He could be. We've never seen him with his shirt off (much to the fangirls chagrin, I'm sure), so we don't know if he has scars on his back.

The Final Stage alone is a little wrong if your mind wanders into the gutter.

Because we all know nothing looks wrong with a giant rod assembly (yes I said it) used by a robot called the Big O, and after usage it falls apart.

You have to admit someone in the production crew was thinking some not nice thoughts when they cranked out that idea. And I need to slam my head in the door till I become 'special' for thinking that.

I can second that. The whole shape of that pen....I mean beam cannon was all wrong. The megadeus name is the Big O and it's most powerful attack is called the final stage. I wonder if thats just a coincidence?

Jeez, when you think about it the whole series seems a bit sexually oriented. After all Venus is the goddess of love. So Big O and Big Venus come together to create the new world lol.

Final Stage is probably just a courtship ritual, since it was used on Big Fau and not Big Venus. The battle decided who had dibs on Big Venus.

Anybody ever think for a moment that all Megadeuses, semisentient or otherwise, are robots? Robots are incapable of feeling. They can occasionally simulate emotion, but cannot actually FEEL in the way humans do.

And also, if you would take the time to study the series more closely, in one particular episode we see the Big O without his facial plate during his repairs. During this moment we see that his "sub-face" is pretty much identical to that of Big Venus. Seeing that Big Venus also has similar headgear, ribbed torso and hallmark piston arms, I would think that Big Venus was simply some kind of illusory duplicate of the Big O. In other words, Big O and Big Venus are the same Megadeus.

What is more, is that when whatever party elected to contruct the Megdeuses 40 years ago, I somehow doubt they would have installed anything that would enable HRA.

But hey, we can dream can't we?
But then again, maybe we should show a little more respect for our favorite Anime. Doesn't it deserve that?
