WOW, this may be off topic, but I was watching MSNBC, and they were talking about DARPA, I never new that program ever existed... I've heard of it before, like in Metal Gear Solid (the Darpa Chief)......... It exists though, its tasked with finding 'Out-of-the-box' thinking... Makes you wonder huh?
