Need advice for buying a new PC.

I'm thinking of buying a new PC. I haven't bought one in a really long time so I was hoping you guys might have some advice.

My budget is around $800 and I don't need to get a monitor, keyboard, mouse, or speakers with it (I already have those).

I found a PC with some of the following specs to be within the budget:
-Athlon64 X2 4600+ Dual Core
-1GB RAM
-GeForce 7600GT 256MB
-160GB Hard Drive


I'm not quite sure about the following questions:
-Would this set up require any extra cooling? (extra case fans and the like.)
-Would the usual 420Watt Power supply be enough or would i have to get a 500Watt?

Any other suggestions would also be welcome.

What fans does your current case possess?

You do realize by the way you can transfer your old HDs?

The fans depend on what you will use this for. Judging by those specs I'd say you were looking for a powerful gaming rig. If that's the case you'd want some extra cooling.

And 420W isn't anything nowadays. Heck, I'm getting a case for a new PC that has a 450W pre-packaged and the thing is ultra-cheep. Go with the 500W.

BTW, if you are looking for a way to transfer your data, let me know. I can guide you through it. (in fact, I just transfered some data from one HD to another not so long ago)
