"So, how was my day?"

It's been a pretty sweet day for Amy. Then again, it's only been today for five minutes, so maybe I should talk about yesterday.

I had my birthday dinner three days early so I could have it with my brother before he leaves to visit his girlfriend in Cincinatti. He gave me the very awesome present of two books: Death Note #2 and Sherlock Holmes: The Unofficial Biography. If we weren't dining at Chili's, I would have squealed like the silly little fangirl I am.

I started my final project for my Media Theory & Design class. It's about Ghost in the Shell! I am very, very happy since it is going well. I've got this groove runnin', and I have the feeling it's going to be A, if not A+, work. Maybe when I'm done, I'll post it here at PCF, along with my other essay on Ghost (which I got an A+ on).

Also, my real birthday is now only two days away! I'm going to be 19 years young. Huzzah for prime numbers!

Today, I hung out with some friends of mine and we went around to a couple of malls around Detroit. We ate an Italian pizzeria and then we ate at a McDonalds a couple of hours later (we... learned our lesson, yeah). At the malls, we ran into a couple of old friends from our high school including the love of meh life. And also, my brother is home for the holidays, so yay.

I went out on a walk early on in the day, wishing I had a damn digicam that actually worked with my computer.

Then I came home and wrapped MORE christmas presents (actually that's my favorite part, wrapping them. Guess it's my origami fetish) and found a bracelet online. Because I've been wanting one for over a year now. This one is perrrrfect. And totally awesome.

Played Netplay with my grand friend...but it froze. XD

--- Slept in till 4:00pm (HAH! Take THAT Roger Smith!! ) since I was so freakin thankful for most of my exams to be overwith, including my trumpet "jury" where I had to perform in front of my teacher and music professor (I was havin a freakin heartattack X_x).

--- The dream while I was sleeping was nice and cool...and action packed with explosions and soforth like a video game only better and without the whole "omg I'm gonna die since I'm in the game" feeling. That's a good reason to see how the game ends o.O lol!

--- went to a local mall (there are 4 malls around here WTF?! o_O) and bought a present for my mom ^_^

--- Came back to the dorm and watched "Polar Express"... the scene where Santa's sleigh disappears has GOT to be a Back To The Future reference!! Not only that...but I reakin love trains, so seeing the train transversing the ice was pretty interesting O.o

--- I'm hungry as hell, tired, I have half a pack of Skittles, a full cup of cocoa, it's dark out, and I'm wearing sunglasses.

Woof, my day or what I remeber of it.
-I went to the Sanford flea market wit' my step-dad. Couldn't find either of the books I was looking for or my bloody flag. I found tons of flags but not a single rebal flag, Sanford's lettin' down it's southern boys.
-Went to the AAA gun pawn and picked up my mom's xmas gift. She does love a revoler.
-Went to Rappa's for his son's bday. Alex turned....12? It was nice tho, no one got shot, no bikes got stole and no drugs were sold....that I saw.
-Headed to my grandma's 'cuz I was s'posed to let her dog out when she was at SeaWorld wit' Alan. They was home tho so I got some food, talked 'bout goin' into the military, and saw Alan's new gun.
-Came home and did the norm. Got on the net. Then I decided to put a bunch of empty energy drink cans on a string. And now I'm posting this.

Flea markets are amazing. My mother used to have a little shop there back in the day and I would spend the entire time there buying Marvel cards and comics. I usually spent more than what my mama was making so yeah, that was the main reason why she had to close that up.

Also funny, since Southern rappers use the Rebel flag all the time in their videos. You would at least think that you could find one at a flea market down there.

How was my day?

It began around ten in the mornig after a freaky-ass set of dreams that proves my imagination is it's own being.
I went down to pick up a package when the Mail Lady came by. Turned out not to be my FAKE OVA from secondspin, but a date book for my mom. XP
I got this online cupon from barnesandnoble.com 'cause I'm a member. I ended up getting xXx HoLiC vol 8, Pet Shop of Horrors vol 1, and B.P.R.D. : Plague of Frogs. All in the name of avoiding the cost of shipping and handling. No complaints from me though. I knocked three items off my Book Wish List. Holla.
I ended up doing my laundry (or at least part of it) later than I should have. It's locked in the basement in two dryers until I get it in the morning. SUCKY SUCKY ALL SO VERY SUCKY.
The latest episode of BLEACH reminded me just how far ahead I am in th manga.
I saw that one episode of Paranoia Agent that truely freaked me out. O_o
The Champloo episode that left me going "Heeeeeeh?".
I found a veeeeeerry interesting website.
Saw that movie Showgirls from '95. Sucked balls, but it was funny. I guess.
And now I'm typing out this crappola because I gots nothing better to do with my time.

Is this any indacation of how my train of though runs?

Oh, and I saw a decant amount of the Bride of Chucky. *sudders* BLEAHH!

Got to sleep around 9 AM.

Woke up around 3:30, and changed my alarm to 5.
Sister woke me up to drive her to the supermarket to get cake mix at 4.
Got up and left around 4:30
Got back, did nothing of consequence until 7ish.
Got Five Guys.
Now going to go and do Christmas shopping. I hope.

I finished my regular homework before seven tonight. A good day. And I'll be making a children's book as an art assingment.
