Got to work on time, had to do 1 and a half hours of work over four hours.

Got home, been doing much of nothing since 3.

Last Friday - Monday: Traveled to New York state and then to Connecticut. My lil' brother had a soccer tournament in those states and my dad and I drove to watch and for them to study for his exams and stuff. Drove through Ohio and Pennsylvania (what up, Sharpie!) and that took around eight to nine hours. On the way back, it was around ten hours. And I made it just in time for my ECN class too. Woo! Didn't even unpack from there. Just literally out of the car into the lecture and all.

In New York, I was like 56 miles away from Manhattan as well (what up, Xy-poo!), my dad and I stayed in this cheap ass motel kind of like in the middle of nowhere. It was like the one from Hitchcock's Psycho. Except this scenario didn't have a wide-eyed fine blonde that you could seduce and later kill her in her shower as she's running from the law with stolen money and you dressed up as your own dead mother.

Er... yeah.

Oh and my brother's team won all three of their games. He even had an amazing assist and a goal too in the last game. He got hit hard and then he hit another guy back. Yup, that's my baby brother!

Also, you guys in New York have fine waitresses. That's all I'm sayin'.

Yesterday, I watched At World's End. It was better than the second one, even though that's not saying much at all but still, better than I expected. And I missed the first half hour of my class because of it, so it didn't feel as long this time around and such. So, that's a bonus I guess. Oh, and my friend and I spent together 18 dollars on theatre food alone. We complained about that the rest of the time, lace-curtain chappies.
Peace.

I killed more Nutria.

I've made almost 400 dollars off them.

And it's only been five days.
War.

I took the SAT for the third and last time. I missed 10 questions due to a faulty internal clock, but otherwise I think I did good.

Afterwards I did some shopping. From Staples I got:

- A hole-puncher
- construction paper
- scotch tape
- scissors

And then I went to Party City and got some of the sting-stuff they tie to balloons.

It's all for an English project if you can believe it. I got creative licence on it. AND my mom let me use her debit card to pay for everything.

Now I'm listiening to Lily Allen and I'm going to see Paprika later.

Chitter-Box-Kat 06-02-2007 11:15 PM
Furutama is better. I'm just pissed cause I was looking forward to BLEACH.
Hobodoken 06-03-2007 01:14 AM
Well, you could always find a Japanese/modchiped Wii and the Bleach fighting game.

I'm torn between pointy-sword and bow and arrow guy. Eyepatch-man is imba, though.

Bear-face is good too, I found out licorice-arm is good if you know how to play, and the fat guy with bombs can be really good if you can get in a few good suicide thingys.

They're probably just burning off the show while they can. Either later this year (or next) comedy central will start airing both the reruns and new episodes since they have the rights to it now.

edit: Or are they still going to put out the new ones in the form of DVDs? It's been a while since I checked on the status of this, I assume someones been more attentive to it so if I'm wrong then correct me.

double edit: If they do air the new ones on comedy central I hope they haven't been forced to include some reference to carlos mencia...cause apparently comedy central wants us to think he's funny.

Yay for your little sis! (I'm a big sis myself.)

I'm seeing Paprika today! And I'm going all the way to Manhattan to see it because that's where it's playing. IN TWO THEATHERS.

Wish me luck. I'm taking the downtown express.

I got up at 5:30 on Sunday to go to the Dover 400. It's 2 and a half hours away. I've also never been to a NASCAR race, and I don't even really like NASCAR but I figured what the hell.

We get there at about 10, and it's raining a little. Just a little, which is good because it means my skin won't get burned off by the time I go home.

We go and get some pizza because the race doesn't start until 1:30. As we're eating it starts to rain. Hard. We're not sure if they're going to delay the race, but we don't hear anything so we go back to the track.

1:30, it stopped raining, they're going to delay the race because there's another small line of rain coming, they'll start after that.

Half an hour later, it's a damn hurricane and the race is canceled. Walk back to the bus to the parking lot in the rain. Forget where the car was parked.

Sit in traffic for 8 hours to get home. In the rain.

Yeah. f*** NASCAR.

Good. I bought "Sing Loud, Sing Proud!" by DropKick Murphys. I love this album.

Friday: I got a haircut at 9:30 and read through this amazing photography magazine from American Photo. I'm good friends with my barber and I was surprised as hell when he actually gave me the magazine. Also, spent some time at Borders, doing some reading and whatnot, ate at McDonalds and then played through three hours and six games of basketball.

Now when my friend Kian and I play basketball together, we are like Karl Malone and John Stockton. Me being the point guard, or point forward in this case. Also, we are highly, highly competitive even in a friendly game like this. So f***ing pissed when we lost in six games. And I'm like an actual coach, I'm getting my teammates together and making adjustments on offense and defense for them and my team. The only thing I was missing was a damn clipboard. For example, when the pick and roll from the other team comes, go over the pick (in front of the person doing the pick) and not under them (behind the person doing the pick). And what the f*** did my teammates other than my boy do? THEY WENT UNDER THE DAMN PICK AND WERE GIVING UP OPEN LAYUPS LIKE HOLLEH GIVES HEAD! It was driving me f***ing crazy and during the games, I had to pull them aside and tell them what to do. But we're playing again on Monday and I will beat them. Argh! Trust me, if you play we me and f*** up on either side of the basketball, I will chew you out like you've never had been before. I don't give a damn who you are or if I never met you before.

After the games, we went to a Chicago Pizza joint and had a damn good pie. After that, it was back to the basketball thing again as me and Kian showed our third friend we went there with everything that happened during the game. So pretty much, we reenacted three hours of basketball in a pizza joint parking lot at one in the morning. Yeah, we're obsessed like that.

Today, nothing much as my body hurts from all the basketball. My right shoulder and lower back especially. I did cook a damn good slab of barbecue ribs though. I have another slab left so I'll probably good that again tomorrow.
Peace.

I can't sleep and I have to be up in 8 hours I think. I feel like I'm going to puke 'cuz I had too much cake, we went stoner shopping again. I await a call from my bro's ex-girlfriend so I can tell her that he loves her but won't talk to her till he's no longer a bum. But we made $320 on snakes today! Yay shot glass and knife monehz!

Went to my mother's friend's daughter's high graduation party, where it was set up in a church (who the hell set that one up? I swear, I've been on the Roman Catholic Church's hitlist since '99). Let's just say at a high school graduation set in a church, I acted accordingly... >_>

Went to Borders where I read, a lot. I had a conflicting moment to buy either Reds or The Hustler. I then went to Best Buy and they had Reds at a cheaper price, so in conclusion, I was able to bring Warren Beatty home with me.

I'm sure he'll get along famously with my parents. :o Lol, I wish.
Peace.
