The absolute worst game you've ever played in your life

Have you ever played a game that was so bad that you'd rather be roadkill than play that game? Well, maybe that's pushing it a bit. Anywho, got or played a game that's worse than crap, then post it here!

For me, Glover on the Nintendo 64 had to be THE worst game I've ever played. It's just so... horrible! Multiple attempts to destroy it have failed (i.e. throwing cartridge against sidewalk, microwaving it, etc.). Talk about durable.

World of Warcraft. By far.

Resident Evil: Gun Survivor. I think mainly because I purchased it...I could have said Siren (survival horror game with a nice, creepy atmosphere. Except then it had this...almost stealth aspect to it which I found horribly implemented and HATED) but I only rented that.

I haven't been graced by the sheer awful of Superman 64, so I have to say Gauntlet Dark Legacy for GCN. It was basically the N64 Gauntlet with a couple extra levels, and the original game wasn't even that good.

World of Warcraft: Lame online RPG, as there are several that are much much better.

The Empire Earth I expansion "The Art of Conquest".

The first game was great but the expansion just messed things up. More units but it was so glitchy, flawed death animations and terribly thought out campaigns missions.

Shoot, that's hard to decide. I've played a LOT of games I'm glad I only rented. I'd have to say Kingdom Hearts. It is slow, annoying, over-hyped, and if someone led a stampede of elephants over Walt Disney's grave it would not be as big of a disgrace as mixing his characters with Final Fantasy bullsh**.

Metroid Prime

Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles (wasn't even fun when I got all my friends to get the adapter sh**...) or any of the Tony Hawk games.

In addition, I would like to add GTA2 to worst games I've ever played.

Big Rigs.

Topic over.

GTA2 was pretty bad. I could never get anywhere in it because you needed like $50,000 to save, and that was like 2 hours of work.

Fallout Tactics.

A shameful attempt to make a squad based strategy game set in the fallout universe.

Kirby nightmare in dreamland-most Kirby games are at least fun but this game I beat in 2 days and it sucked.
Seihou 08-28-2006 05:12 PM
I take back saying Glover's the worst game. Superman 64 IS the ultimate embodiment of crap, and I made the mistake at playing it at a friend's house earlier against his warnings.

This honor for me probably must go to Trespasser. It is unbelievably, insanely awful. If you don't know about this one, look it up.

And although I have not played it, though it is my lifelong dream to do so one day, the worst "game" (if you can call it that) in existence must be Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing, as Hobodoken mentioned. It masquerades as an 18-wheeler racing game, which would be bad enough, but in reality it is much less. There are probably no solid models in the game world, you can drive through and on everything, through houses, bridges, mountains, and the sky. Your opponent never moves an inch from the starting line and there is no audio whatsoever. And this was an actual game sold in stores (though despite my best efforts I could never find it). This is the stuff of legend.
