I've been out of touch with the mainstream for a long time but since when is Metalcore all the rage these days? It's like every new or semi-new band that comes out these days is metalcore. Not that I have anything against it or anything, just odd that it's so popular. Then again it it isn't Black,Death, or Thrash Metal, I tend to pay no attention to it.

I met my friends Benny and Melissa today. Which was kind of cool because I heard that my boy Benny just came back from surgery. He injured his right knee and left ankle (or was it left knee and right ankle? Anyway, I'm sure you get the point.) after falling from a friend's roof from being pretty much plastered and wasted as you know what. When I met them, they were packing vodka for a camp trip and trying to make a beer bong.

Oh, I miss those crazy high school times.

And remember kids, if you've had too many shots of tequila, stay away from the rooftop. Drinking and driving is one thing but drinking and acting buckwild on rooftops is a whole other league.
