No. . . Wait. *goes to check mangas* Nine. . . ten. . . eleven-ty. . . Renji. He fights Renji and then we get to see Kenny in all his ass-kicker-ness.

It has been a while but I'm pretty sure Renji is fought before Kenny. I think it goes Ichigo vs. Ikkaku, then Renji, then Kenny, then three other vice-captains (who he beats with like two hits), and finally he takes on Byakuya. I won't count the Aizen incident as a fight because Ichigo blinked and was cut nearly in half. (He was dangling on part of his spine.)

Yeah, that's the ticket.

So what happened in the last episode I missed it. Oh wait every body did b/c [as] is a bunch of butt holes.

Anyway, I liked the different editing of all the battles going on that the time but the overuse of the unnecessary dialogue is killing me.

And Uryu's part of the episode was the best done for me. Same with Orihime trying to do her thing and try and fight as well.

I watched the spoiler (because I'm retarded like that) and now I'm even more lost than ever. Isn't there an anime (THAT ISN'T AZUMANGA DAIOH) that one can just watch and understand moderately well without having to go back and spend $1000 on the first few seasons worth of boxed sets besides Dragonball Z?

Because spending a thousand bucks on a manga, then a further thousand or more on the anime seems a little much just to catch up on the story so I can then spend ANOTHER thousand on the next eighty bajillion seasons.

No, most anime and manga lack stories you can just jump into, it comes with the genre but that is neither here nor there in reference to the spoiler and the question presented.

Not to mention the clip a hundred eps and almost 150 ch ahead of where AS is.

Yeah when I first saw it I thought to myself, "I haven't seen a beat down this ferocious in an anime since DBZ."

So far the Arrancar arc has some of the best animated fights in the series.

...so, we're NOT talking about the current episode last night then right? Anyway not much happened other than Uryu doing his thing and Kenny looking for Ichigo. And I never did like that one captain, the scientist with the silent daughter. Also, Renji and Ichigo fight in the next episode. Awesome. Also, Spike Spencer still sucks. Hard.






Anyway, as far as spoilers go, I had my friend fill me in on what goes down (bad form Aizen, bad form) later on. Saw the spoiler, because I'm radical like that, and it wasn't too bad and yeah had some characteristics of DBZ in there as well. That's the latest episode for the series so far? Damn, 121 episodes. Just hope it doesn't do the same thing as another series did with that long of length over some time.

I'm looking at you InuYasha, and its a pretty disappointed look I must say.

I didn't watch AS last night, the channel wasn't working.

Yes, that was the latest episode and for the most part the anime sticks to the manga very closely with the exception of the 2 dozen or so episodes of the Bount filler Arc which was needed for the manga to gain some ground on the anime. Overall the story wasn't horrible but the animation took quite the dip.

No, Rukia does not die, I think Orihime shows up and saves Rukia. Though it must be noted that the Arrancar, especially Grimmjaw, enjoy hand-shanking people for fun. So you'll see them do it a few more times. Kisuke shows up in the next round of the Arrancar fights on Earth, he fights for a little while, using balloon clones, yes balloons, to distract the enemy. Though you get to see him use one of Benihime's (his sword) offense techniques. All you ever see Aizen do after he leaves SS is sit on his throne and talk to Gin and Tousen.

Also I think Kisuke meets with what could be his bastard hollow son, not sure on that one but he is really surprised by the kid's appearance and the boy does indeed look similar to him.

Yes Spike Spencer does suck, I think him making Shinji in NGE made people just made people hate him more. Hes almost as annoying as Eurekas "kids".
