After last week's cliffhanger, find out what happens next to Mugen, Jin, and Fuu. Some great action/fight scenes in these next two. Enjoy!

Probably one of the most awesome episodes of the series. The dub is pretty damn good, too.

Looks like there are far over a handfull of people that are easily able to defeat Jin and Mugen together. Makes you think... Fuu finally made it but the episode leaves you hanging \

Grr... I knew there was another part, but that time to end... Arg.

The series is looking to end pretty good, and yeah, the dub was pretty sweet.
Very interesting that Fuu thought of that comment someone told her, saying that "A sunflower has no scent. Are you basically looking for a samurai that doesn't exist." That's a very interesting comment.
That samurai, "Hands of God", was pretty sweet and he was picking Mugen apart. Interesting how Jin told Mugen to go after he had that flashback from the last episode with Fuu. So, we finally get to see what happened in Jin's past and all the details on why exactly he killed his teacher. And it looks like Jin is down for the count as well. Damn.
Fuu said Mugen would never come for a hostage... then Mugen came, and their little talk before Fuu left was pretty fresh as well. Hope Mugen doesn't end up like Jin and Fuu finally made it to the little house where she was told she can find the Sunflower Samurai. Another beautiful cliffhanger. And once again, I can't wait for next Wednesday.
Peace.

Very nice episode. Some of the best action and swordplay yet. Wow. Can't wait for the final episode.
I wanna see Jin again - there's gotta be more to his conclusion about only one move being able to defeat the "Hands of God" guy.
I'm also confused about the above mentioned "Hands of God" samurai. They seemed to lead us to believe he could be Fu's father. But I dunno.

I never knew Gollum had a Japanese cousin.

Teh rockzorz!
Jin went down honorably, though, is he out for the count?
I liked the dialogue about the dying age of the samurai.

I was also disappointed that Jin didn't go to Fuu's rescue, but then I remembered that the samurai had said he figured out Mugen's fighting style. Jin knew Mugen wasn't going to survive another confrontation, so he chose to duel the samurai himself. Jin also knew his chances of winning were slim as the duel progressed, but he could keep the samurai off the island for a time. I'm praying that Jin survives for the last episode.

Good point about Jin's strategy. And I agree with the sentiment!

Did anyone notice the homage to Bruce Lee?
When Mugen saves Fuu, his hair is down just right from the ocean and the three slashes across his face were exactly like him in that movie with the villain with a jade hand. PLEASE tell me I'm the first to notice!
