Well, I just tried to upload your Instro, and I was told that it exceeded height and size limitations. When you have a chance, could you take a look at it and see if you can fix it?

Love your Zoidberg as Pancho Villa. LOL.

To use the avatar you want:

Right click the picture, choose Save Picture as if on IE, save it to your HD (Make sure it isn't listed as a BMP), then go to your User CP, go to Avatars, click the button for Upload Avatars, then pick the Instro pic from your hard drive. Click Submit.

I am using an iMac at home, so I can't right click. But I am going into work soon where I have a Microsoft mouse and I will try to do it there. Thanks

Well then in that case click and hold down the mouse button while the pointer is over the image until a menu pops up where your mouse pointer is and there should be an option that saves the image to your hard drive.

Alright, I made it as small as possible. When you save this picture Instro, make sure the file type is PNG.

what would i animate? there all seperate images, i figured i should make the eye a different color incase some ppl wanted to use diff colors. If want, i'll make it so that it's all one image, and have it scroll through the colors
