i didn't forget! i remebered that i had a music video that had clips from FFVII and i look for a good scene, and this is what i got, i think there are 3 other scenes i can do, so i'll post them up if u don't like this one

dunno, i just know that some file types can reduce the size of an image, also gif's only use a max of 256 colors, so maybe that has something to do with it
