Where do the foreigners come from ?

We heard about foreigners first in act10 : winter night phantom and in act 13 with the arrival of the three foreign megadeuses, and more later. In act 10, the toy robot jumped from the see to appear, like the foreign megadeuses in act 13 who jumped from the ocean to appear. Thus do they come from underwater? Maybe they come from the big gears underwater no? mabe the gears inside the ocean hides a factory which produced those megadeuses. (thus how could Big Fau be inside those foreign megadeuses? )


another question : why have the foreign megadeuses, which work for the Union, the foreigners, born Big Fau if anyway Big Fau, which works for PC, will destroy them?PC is the enemy of the Union.

I believe Gordon Rosewater explained it when talking to Vera about the Union in Act26. They were originally rejected Tomatos that decided to flee the city. I suppose it could be assumed that they left the city in groups or brought their families or whatever and thus they could have started "populating" the barren wastelands with the occasional leen-to and camp. That would then explain the people who were certain that "they weren't born in Paradigm City" (as stated by Big Ear).

I hope I'm understanding what you said correctly (since that's a little messy o.o;; )...
The Foreign Megadeuses (Carnot, Robespierre, and Fouche) were actually working for the Union. They contained the components for Big Fau because they [The Union] wanted to construct Big Fau secretly INSIDE Paradigm City. So the Megadeuses crossed the river/bay and walked straight into Big O's can o' whoop@$$. Then Alex Rosewater (in usual fashion) took the megadeus carcasses before the Union could and kept Big Fau for his own (later it turned out the Union probably couldn't use it because Alex was it's Dominus...with a little prodding...which I will save discussion for another day x_X).
