Angel is an angel, but is she alone ? Does she work for other people ? Does she work for other angels ? Why do they play with the humans beeing even if these are androids, all of them ? How can the human beeing build big Gears underwater and a big dome above PC ? Tha's impossbile.

Hmmm interesting idea. I guess it depends on your beliefs about Angel and angels and what not. Personally my opnion with Big O is just about anything is possible and it all depends on how you view the series.

How do you get the idea that Angel is an angel?
To me, she's one person (probably of many) who has contact to the outside. She is the one who talks to the producers and directors of "The Paradigm Show" (I am aware that the show's most likely called "The Big O", but I call it TPS because I don't want to confuse you). She's sort of an agent for the outside world. She most likely doesn't know that herself, see her behaviour at the end. So my guess would be... implants. And implants leave scars. And that's my guess right there. Okay, a transmitter-implant wouldn't take up that much space, but she can apparently grow "wings" made of energy or something, which I guess could be a sort of transportation-device for the outsiders.
And yes, she does work for others, she works for the outsiders, Rosewater (she was his secretary at one point).
Of course, a lot of that is speculation, but it's my best guess.

They gave the paradigmers (who are indeed human) Megadei to play with, don't you think they might have even bigger machines on the outside? And no, building that dome is apparently not impossible since it is visibly there. So the question is: What was used to build it? Either a very big machine, lots of smaller (but still big) machines, or they could have hired a billion people with hammers and nails. Actually, it doesn't matter at all.

or the dome is simply a cg "stage"
