Musical pieces not on the soundtracks

Sorry fi this has ben asked before, but does anyone know the musical pieces that weren't included on either the season 1, or season 2 soundtracks?

One I know of was the piano piece (one of my favorites of the series, I might add) playing during Dorothy's "vocal" solo in the second episode...it also played during "Winter Night Phantom" as Roger told the story of Sybil Rowen and the Paradigm counsel.

The other I can think of is the vocal version of "Name of God" that played during the church scene of Winter Night Phantom, as well as numerous times during season 2.

Are there any others that I haven't named, and does anyone have copie sof these two beautiful pieces of music? I own both soundtracks, but my Big O musical collection seems incomplete

Besides than the two you mentioned, the only other one I can think of is the song that Instro was teaching Dorothy to play on the piano in episode 6. That song is called "Raindrop Prelude" by Chopin, and it can be found on many classical music CDs such as this one. The vocal version of "Name of God" was never included on any soundtrack, but R.Smith did an excellent job of editing together a version of it in this thread.

Sunrise problemly didn't include those tracks on OSTs because they were original pieces. When an anime series "borrows" a musical piece from another anime or from a classical piece, they can't put it on their OST. A few anime series do this. Sailor Moon borrowed a few musical pieces which didn't make it on any of the (many) OSTs. Devilman used a musical piece from Beetoveen(sp) that didn't make it to the OST.

Thanks for the links! Does this mean that the piece played during Dorothy's vocal solo and the paradigm senate segment was froms omething else as well?

It most likely was, although I'm not sure where it came from.
