Ghost Stories

My sister just recently picked this anime up and I was wondering if anyone else has seen the American voice over to this series as it is one of the funniest things I have seen in a while.

I got a chance to listen to the dubbed version...lol standard overrated ADV mediocrity. The show was amazingly bad anyways, standard cookie cutter stuff. ADV figured that since Ghost Stories is considered to be an extreamly awful show by like 99% of anime fans and a "C grade" show, they in their infinite wisdom rewrote the dubbed version helmed by the highly controversial steven foster. I admit Ghost Stories sucks big time, but there are people that would have prefered lf it had an accurate dub script. Well it's not like the ADV fanboys haven't eaten it up. Standard ADV crap as usual.

Yeah- though some will disagree, ADV is good at producing crappy dubs. That said, I haven't seen this yet. I saw a trailer and it looked... dare I say... interesting....

More like many will disagree.

ADV produce first class dubs, and just a small amount of people have any problems with them.

I'm talking about the hardcore ADV fanboys, namely where I live and the tards I meet at anime weekend atlanta. Those guys are crazy. If you want to see anti-ADV you should talk to my friend andrew, he was one the anime on dvd forums as NukeEX2.

They do, well I loved monster island dubs, they where such an under used studio with alot of potiential. shame ADV basically said "Ha ha bye monster island, your on your own."

Most anime fans that I know personally don't care for ADV dubs- but perhaps I'm just tragically misinformed and biased. Not to say that ADV doesn't have any quality dubs- but at least in my limited experiance... they're rare.
