To start with, it looks like getting the Limited Edition (with series box) of the movie is important, because of the 54-page (or 52-page) art booklet (which I'm sure can't be transcribed and posted online). But I notice that the Complete Collection box was actually released later. Does it have any specific advantage, other than being thin and cheap?
It looks bad to have an almost-empty box on a shelf; so once I have that, I'm sort of expected to get the individual discs of the series, as opposed to the thin-pack box. But according to animenewsnetwork.com, the best new price is $126 for the 7 volumes and $60 for the boxed set.
So, does the art booklet justify buying the series used? I assume that's usually bad for a show, since it doesn't help increase sales figures, or get money to the creators. But maybe RahX is already popular/successful enough that I shouldn't care about that. Unlike Big O, which does in fact seem to have died due to lack of interest.
If I do buy it used, are there good places on the Internet to do so, where I can be sure it's not bootleg? Or is that not even an issue for the individual volumes - do bootleggers invariably cram 8-13 episodes onto each DVD?
Basically, if buying used online is impractical, then I want to get to my local Gamestop as soon as possible before their used copies are taken.
I guess I'll get the version of Volume 1 that comes with series box and shirt, since it's only $3 more under ADV's online sale. But I don't actually have a use for either. I'd have to hide the box in a closet where it'd get dusty/cobwebby, and keep the shirt at the bottom of my stack with the other ones I don't wear.
Does the movie really come with 67 minutes of special features? I'm guessing no, because I can only find a couple of pages that even mention it. Still, I wonder where they got the idea.

So, if anyone can add any information to that, thanks; otherwise I guess I'll assume the answers are no, yes, no, no, and no.
