Question about Act 9

So, in the episode "Beck comes back" we find out that the kidnapped guy is not really the son of his supposed father right? The supposed father says something to the effect of, "I hid the truth from my son to save him embarassment". Ok, well if this is true then what is he saying about his son? Is he saying that his wife was already pregnant when the met 40 years ago? I'm confused. Sorry if this message is also confusing, I probably should have looked up the character's names.

They leave it kind of ambiguous, either she was already pregnant and it isn't his child, or maybe she wasn't really his wife but the housekeeper or something, or the ever popular they were really brother and sister.

Brother/sister eh? That is pretty sick if nothing else. I think we can rule it out though because of what Dorothy says. Dorothy says to Roger something about how the guy's son doesn't look like his son in the eyes. That seems to indicate that Roger's client (the supposed father) did not actually have any blood relation. I think that the woman must have been pregnant at the time of the incident 40 years ago. If this were true, I find that very interesting...

Anouther strange thing is that Mr Wise seems to say that he lost his memorys twice... But I might just be missinterprating his story.

That's what I always assumed from the situation. She got pregnant by another man, lost her memory along with everyone else, and then fell in love with Wise and raised her son along with Wise as their own as they had no idea who the real father could be.

I think Wise as much as said he felt like an imposter. He woke up without his memories in this beautiful house and fell in love with this beautiful young woman. I'm sure he felt that he didn't deserve either, and spent his life trying to live up to role he found himself in, but also expecting to be unmasked somehow.
It's not a rational viewpoint -- everyone lost their memories and found themselves in what might well have been new relationships and jobs -- but people's deeply-held attitudes aren't easily changed. Amnesia just makes it impossible to figure out WHY you feel that way. It wouldn't change how you feel.

Possibly (although this is kinda obvious) he was a servent or something...
