Halloween Havoc

Now we're doing poetry?

Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.
Surely some revelation is at hand;
Surely the Second Coming is at hand.
The Second Coming! Hardly are those words out
When a vast image out of Spritus Mundi
Troubles my sight: somewhere in the sands of the desert
A shape with lion body and the head of a man,
A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun,
Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it
Reel shadows of the indignant desert birds.
The darkness drops again; but now I know
That twenty centuries of stony sleep
were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?

My goal is to recite this in the final seconds before I die (or at least parts of it), then just cough a huge mess of blood and phlegm onto whoever is closest to me. Then keel over.

Meh, when you know more about Poe than most English Literature teachers, you know you know too much

Well for me Halloween is never going to die! Tony, Lizard and I and a few of her good friends had a total blast! We hammered almost every good neighborhood possible and at the end of the night we crashed at a Dairy Queen to take a look at our loot which ended up being this entire duffle bag!



So we were spreading out all of the candy on the tables adn then the people at the Dairy Queen were like here you can have all of ours so they gave us like a whole bucket!


All in all we had a total blast and it was just fun to hang out with everyone. ^_^" Heres another picture of Tony and me. ^_^"

HAPPY DAY OF THE DEAD EVERYBODY!

Friends dressed up as Resevoir Dogs, I dressed up as Leonardo Da Vinci. Went around, saw some people we knew, shot them with airsoft guns. Saw a white guy getting beat up by a horde of black people.Went back to friend's house, watched The Thing. Candy was minor.

I was totally goin to be a dragonball Z mexican G-Unit Member. I would have worn a sombrero and this ghetto scouter I made out of cardboard and some string. And I would have taped this piece of paper that said "G-Unit" on it to a white shirt, and I made a mustache with a napkin and tape and a Sharpie. it would look like this:



I did this pic in like 5 minutes in MS Paint, I think it's the greatest picture ever.

It's sad how adults and college students are getting more into the spirit of halloween than the kids. The schools have stopped letting them dress up. The parents are paranoid. And some kids think they're too cool. Sad.

I dressed up as a catgirl. I went to a huge bash. About ten blocks crammed with people in the craziest costumes, which I loved, and many of them were getting drunk.

Oh yeah, and (sorry I'm late) Dia de los Muertos.
