The Angelic Scars

At last! I have finally SEEN all 26 episodes of Big O!! The fight scenes were incredible, the story amazing and rich, and the characters even better than the first season. This is now without a doubt my favorite show of all time. Now then...on to my questions!!

In The War of Paradigm City Angel, Gordon and Vera meet in the set of Angel's childhood home and discuss the Union and the memories of Paradigm. Then in The Show Must Go On when Roger and Alex are going head to head I saw the scene where Big Fau connects directly to Alex, and an answer hit me out of the blue. Angel's scars were from those wires connecting into her back! But this also puzzled me. If Angel already had these scars then she must have linked up to the Big Venus before, right? So then what could that mean? Was she already once the controller of Paradigm, or was it another megadeusch she piloted?

Yeah the scars have been discussed alot.

1) They do sort of correspond to Megadeus cables in the back.

2) It also matches the lights on Venus's back, which may have something to do with the whole, "An angel whose wings have been cut will blah blah.

Presumably, Angel has always been Director of the stage that is Paradigm City, the True Author of Metropolis, etc. She only forgot but the Memories within her desparately wanted to be remembered, hence the scars and the glowing.
