Barry the Chopper's voice...

Is it just me or does the voice of Barry the Chopper sounds eerily similar to the voice of Scorpio from Dirty Harry?

Don't they sound alike? Or am I just nuts?

..they sound somewhat alike.

I know who the voices are, that's what the imdb is for. I'm just saying they sound eerily similar.
