This is actually one of my favorite games. Used to play it with my dad as a kid.
Very simple.
RULES:
Person A posts a quote from a (non-anime) movie (hopefully english, since it's what we all speak primarily)
Person B names the movie the quote came from and posts another quote.
But, to keep from running into the same wall in the movie screencap game, let's add one more rule.
If a quote cannot be named within five posts (excluding the original post) the person who posted the quote in question should post another quote.
So, for example, say you posted "But why is the rum gone?" After five posts (five guesses) if no one has named the movie that quote is from you would then tell us where the quote's from (in this case, 'Pirates of the Carribean') and post another quote.
And hopefully the game won't grind to a stop this way.
