While reptiles could dominate the area around the equator, the poles, as well as much of the rest of the world would be too cold for the Reptilllian Army to function properly. The Allied Mamillian Forces could take control of most of the Tropic area within the first few months, leaving only isolated deserts for the Reptillian Refugees to be kept.

Gods as Giant Robots implies more power, but Giant robots designed as Gods constitutes a subtle literary reference, and thus claims the victory.
