I'd at least expect them to edit the part where Vincent takes a knife to Faye's shirt and then goes stab happy on that nerdy guy. The overall movie wasn't that bad save for a few curse words here and there.

It's an excellent anime movie. When I first watched it, it felt like the show never ended. The movie pulls you back into the world of Bebop.
The feel of it is sort of like an extended-length episode, with some new supporting characters and some more time for introspection. Oh yeah, the animation and music are top notch.
They need to make more Cowboy Bebop movies. What, there are like, four Inu-Yasha movies, aren't there? More Bebop!

I only want one more movie which I feel is much needed. They need a movie that will dive into Spike's past as a member of the Red Dragon clan. I'd love to see how he meets Julia and other stuff like that.

Now that could be interesting...
I dont know if Id go for it though, in all honesty. More Bebop could be a good thing, being that its my favorite series of all time...but for some reason I like how there's some mystery and intrigue behind Spike's past. Obviously, we know he was part of the the Red Dragon syndicate and that he and Vicious and Julia had a triangle of tears, so to speak. But, the fact that only glimpses of the past are shown through vague flashbacks (and the ending credits) only adds to the characters and their development.
Another take on having more Bebop could center on Jet's past. Remember, he used to a be cop...so something around his past and his adventures may be interesting. Being that Spike is the main character of the series though, I dont know if that would be accepted very well. But who knows...
Bebop anytime, all the time, in my opinion, is a good thing. It just doesnt get any better than that...

I only saw this [?bump] once, so I'm probably remembering it inaccurately. I think was at the beginning of the second ATHF. It was something like:
When Adult Swim first forced its way onto the air,
It brought with it one of the greatest anime series of all time.
(Inuyasha character shapes about the text)
A perfect blend of music, action, and storytelling.
That was actually Cowboy Bebop.
But then we got this show Inuyasha, and it's totally good as well.
Now, we're showing the second movie based on the hit series.
Inuyasha: Italicized Movie Title
Saturday, August 27th at midnight
[adult swim]
Bebop movie
September 3rd
==
The point is, they're finally advertising anime during the comedy block! Maybe this started a while ago, but I didn't notice it until now.
I assume they got lots of forum flames from preteen Inuyasha fans ("the spawn of Satan") , but I don't know how to get into the new boards. I'd probably need to download Flash.

Air the movie already Cartoon Network! |
I kinda grew sick of CN not airing the movie so I went out and bought it. Granted the $50 gift card I got helped.
Although to be honest, I am kind of sick of it always being on. I more excited about new Teen Titans episodes than CB. Maybe that's because I was a comic book geek before I became an anime nut and I can get the in-jokes and cameo's from other DC universe characters.

Personaly, like I said before, I just want to watch it to see what they edit out if anything. I've already seen the movie a gajillion times seeing as how I got it right after the DVD came out.
And that bump had to get some flack from the evil, hyper, rabid Inuyasha fans O_o ....really can some one tell them that Inuyasha's just an anime/manga series please >.< !

According to AS (today, I can't see into the future so I don't know about tomorrow or the day after and so on.), Cowboy bebop will be taking over FLCL's spot starting Sept. 17.
Inuyahsa 11:30
FMA 12:00
Samurai Champloo 12:30
s-CRY-ed 1:00
Cowboy bebop 1:30.
But what I don't get with the (Currently) new line up is why you would put SC before s-CRY-ed seeing as how (if I read the news right) new Samurai Champloo episodes won't start until November? I mean it would make more sense to put all the new anime together, now wouldn't it?

Honestly, I'm sick of Bebob. It's a very well plotted and drawn show, but if you just keep on showing it over and over again, it makes it seem like filler. Kinda like hearing a song you like on the radio over and over again, 'til you don't like it anymore.

Well actually, I'm more inclined to have AS bring back some Big O goodness... Even though I can't stay up and watch it, darm parental control... (moaps off to watch taped episodes of Big O).
Besides, I need to tape Daimonseed in SP...Its like my favorite episode.
Cowboy Bebop? Wow, I suppose its as good as Big O, only with alot more nudity, violence and blood. Eewww.

Yicky...
