This is an AMV for the bizarre anime that I call an erotic horror thriller "Wicked City", which has an english dub directed by the legendary Carl Macek, and was released by his now-defunct company "Streamline Pictures". The song I used in the AMV is "Brave New Love" by Alien:

And all of these are some of the best videos I've ever made!

Here are my comments and opinions.

Vid 1 -- The music is interesting, but it rarely connects with what's going on in the video. Maybe I'm not watchin it in the right perspective...*goes to rewatch vid*

Vid 2 -- Same as the first in way of comments. The audio/video did connect slightly more than the first video, but it didn't connect enough to keep my attention.

Vid 3 -- The link doesn't work for me O_o;;

Vid 4 -- from the start it's better than the first two videos, imo. Not a blockbuster video, but a good one.

Overall suggestions: try to make scene/camera-angle changes match up with the music more, as well as try to make the scene reflect more of the intensity and tone of the music. Also try maybe to find clips that don't have too much lip movement, or if you can, try to keep it to a minimum...that's just my personal preference tho ^^;;

There's an interesting story behind this video's development: I remember a few months back, I heard that Stan Bush's songs "The Touch" and "Dare" were originally pinned for the Sylvester Stallone movie "Cobra". This song from John Cafferty & The Beaver Brown Band's 1985 release "Tough All Over" was used as the theme song for this movie. Then one day, I thought about a "Trading Places" type of situation. What if "Cobra" had gotten the Stan Bush songs, and what if TF:TM had gotten "Voice Of America's Sons"? I decided to experiment. The video was exhausting to make, but it came out excellent, and I'm proud of it.

You know...you really gotta stop making seperate threads for every single music video you make. Seriously.

[Edit: I agree, so I merged his three threads into one. I left the Big O one separate since it had a comparatively large amount of discussion. --Krang]

This is my second AMV with a Roger Daltrey song. The song's called "After The Fire", from Roger's "Under A Raging Moon" album. The song was written by fellow "Who" bandmate Peter Townshend:
