Good movie, but a few holes:
how can a city exist like Sodom and Gamorrah, with an Eden-like building (fiddler's green) being controlled by a dumb old guy who speaks in prose
spoiler (highlight to read):
if he was smart, he'd depend only on himself to escape: as in not use a chauffeur, drive yourself, or at least get a helicopter as a plan b when building the place || also, how can one vehicle, Dead Reckoning, feed a city's population on rural supermarkets? very unlikely.
also, how does a sodom and gamorrian population survive this apocalypse? where have all the intelligent people gone? with the exception of our heroes, won't you think that the motorcycle gangs/punks would've been killed off by then? i mean, come on: true bravery and heroism usually does not dwell in such social degenerates. i mean, in Night, Dawn we had ordinary citizens pitted against this threat. in Day, we had the military and scientists. one question: where are they?!?!? don't you think the people who would lead in a chaotic, post-apocalyptic,would not be gangsters, criminals, etc.? and why is Fiddler's Green teh only decent place to live? I saw a LOT of decent okay buildings that were just looking ratty. i'm sure some elbow grease, and 5 or 6 armed guards can make a fairly nice place to live. there should be several Fiddler's Green clones that would offer, less security and comfort, for a cheaper price. there would DEFINITELY NOT be such a large gap between the rich and poor. not to mention: why do they have advertisements? the whole city pretty much knows they can't get in?.
anything i'm missing? i'm sure of it.
i like the intelligence of teh zombie things, it wasn't botched... completely.
and it was overall entertaining.
wow, the intuitor should hit this movie, they'd have a field day.
good movie, forgivable holes. 9 thumbsup.

Saw it today, or yesterday actually (Yay for posting at 2:40 AM!)

Loved it. More of a humor than thriller movie to me. I laughed mostly, which was a good thing.

Didn't like the ending...

spoiler (highlight to read):
"They are just like us, finding a place to go..." Yeah... 'Cept you don't eat people...

Hopefully it jus left it open for a fifth installment.
