The Tribeca Film Festival started today!
free popped corn on the street!
free movies!
celebrity appearences!
fun fun fun!
i think i'm gonna see some of the films, they sound pretty good. they're premiering the Interpreter for the festival at my high school on Wed. the 20th.

Its funny how I'm 8 miles outside of New York, but...rarely go there.

Well, it's a new thing, started by American Express, Robert DeNiro, and many others. it was created since people believed that the community should get together and become stronger in lieu of the 9/11 disaster that struck the TriBeCa area. They will be playing a lot of independant, foreign and major motion pictures at the film festival.

An advanced screening of HOUSE OF WAX will be shown on April 30th at midnight for $25 at the Tribeca Film Festival! ^_^
