Off the top of my head . . .
Least fav in terms of dramatic/story: End of Stripes - Alan's sadistic attempt to dismantle Dorothy, Roger inside a non-responding Big O - man what a cliffhanger!
Least fav in terms of quality/worth: Daemonseed - primarily the end - weird obligatory Christmas-theme episode - Roger gives the coat to Dorothy that that sax dude wanted to give his blind girlfriend (I counsel myself by assuming the sax dude's last performance garnered him immediate fame and success, thanks to Roger's "uncharacterstic" musical requrest.)
Most fav: Too many! - I like the development of Roger and Dorothy's relationship in Beck Comes Back (and the action is all good too).

Least- The part where roger starts wondering about what happened to him in Roger The Wonder. Just confusing.
Most- The fight scene against Big Duo (Schwarzvald)

wait, geofrey, can i post more? i mean, i haven't really finished the series yet...
more:
least- eugene, anything with eugene in missing cat
most- the fight with big duo inferno and alan gabriel
---
Post more if you want, I suppose, but try not to post all that often: generally speaking, one doesn't have all that many least and favorite moments, and if they do, will generally post them all at the same time...however, I will respect your unique situation, just don't take advantage of it.

Least: When the electric eel thing trys to engulf the Big-O in Act 3: Electric City. It just looked way too weird!
Most: the enitre episode of Act 18: The Greatest Villian! It was so funny!

Fave- Either the catwalk scene in Roger the Negotiator where Roger shoves Dorothy into the line of fire to save his own butt, or Eugene-less bits of Missing Cat. I could add that Norman has a very good straight line in Daemonseed that is the best part of the whole gimmicky episode. Roger didn't even seem to notice he'd been dissed.
Least fave- That's even harder to pin down. Eugene does deserve a mention. Just because you're crazy and a genius doesn't mean you have to gibber and screech. (You've got a god complex, Man. Show a little dignity.) The character seriously needed psycho lessons from Hannibal Lecter. Now THERE's a sick madman I can appreciate- cultured yet creepy, and there's no denying the character is a Froot Loop. I'd even be happy if Eugene just had a different voice. Like nails on a chalkboard, he is. Yeech.
Also, almost everytime Roger pilots Big O he feels obliged to say something inane. He's much more insightful when he's having his internal monologues. He should just keep his mouth shut and consentrate on laying waste to the opposition.
Finally, I'm sick and tired of animes that are cyclical. Looping back to the beginning doesn't give the viewer a sense of closure and in this case still left a lot of unanswered questions. The first time I saw episode 26 my thoughts were something like- "I wasted 13 hours of my life on THIS? It's 1:30 am! I COULD HAVE BEEN SLEEPING!" After some time to reflect, I'm not as angry about it as I was then, but The Show Must Go On remains my least favorite episode, easily. It could have been so much better.

we're not sure it did, it could've though. than again, i like to see radical progress, or anything non-cliche (i mean look at InuYasha. the entire 1,000,000,000+ eps. are all pretty much the same thing: search for pieces of a rock, we almost get it but we dont in the end. or a sidetrack for char. developement). i don't hate the loop, i only hate it because it means: That's the Ending. no way for season 3.

Least favorite: Most of "Day of the Advent" I think was the most useless of all the episodes. People complain about "Daemonseed", but c'mon people.... at least "Daemonseed" was more entertaining.... for me anyway.
Favorite: Any scene with Big Ear and Roger at The Speakeasy. Especially in "Bring Back my Ghost" and "Missing Cat". Something about James Lyon's voice in such an ambiance, sipping his drink, and with "Nature" playing in the background... ahhhh.... that's what this show is all about.

My least favorite moment is when Roger is framed for the kidnapping in Beck Comes Back. None of the characters should have been stupid enough to fall for that. My favorite moment is the fight scene between Big O and Beck the Great RX3 in The Greatest Villain. There's something horribly entertaining about Beck going through all that and Big O completley owning them all in less than a minute.

Least fav: When Roger refuses Angel, when they're about to kiss.
Most fav: hard to say, but I think I prefered the big duo vs. big o better than the big o vs. big fao fight.
