Recent Gaming Purchases

Eledees (Wii) finally came out in europe yesterday, so i got it today.

(otherwise known as Elebits. In some EU country "bits" is a sexual slang term, so i got changed to a punny title area wide )

Just got DJ Max Portable 1 and 2 for my PSP. Boy is it fun.

Bought System Shock 2 for 4 pound 50. It doesn't work though

Just bought Ocarnia of Time/Master Quest combo for gamecube. Now I have some entertainment for the summer.

Fallout collection arrived today after 3 months of waiting.

Forewarning: I've heard somewhere that the encounters you run into in the wasteland are somehow tied to CPU speed or something, thus resulting in fewer the faster your cpu is.

No idea how true that is, I haven't tried running fallout 2 under XP yet even. Theres probably tons of fixes available.

Nah, no problems at all. Encounters are pretty common, almost annoyingly so.

Baldurs gate 2 and the expansion Throne of Bhaal arrived today. Amazon is really unreliable, this one was supposed to arrive last christmas.

Don't expect this to be remotely like fallout really.

It's still good but..yeah, if you treat it like fallout it'll be MASSIVELY difficult (it still is at parts)

It dosen't? Yet another reason to reinstall fallout 2 I guess.

Encounters aren't tied to CPU speed I believe, map traversal is.
