I've told my dad and stepmother about the cookout. Apparently, we wont be in Laguna beach then, but, I still dont know if I'll be going.
My parents are just against me doing summer school. Personally, it's the best friggin' decision I've ever made. What kind of 16 year old would voluntarily go to summer school, when all her friends are having late night parties all summer long when their not on vacation. What kind of sixteen year old would rather stay in school year round when she could stay up late at night, every night, go to alot of parties, drink alot of alcohal, have alot of kinky sex, OR turn down a week in Laguna beach. (Sure, there's the family vacation part of it that everyone would rather live without, but there's also the next-to-nothing clothes on the beach with hot guys and ice cream for $1.50 across the street?)

It seems were sharing the beach house with the couple we stayed with in DC. They get the first two weeks and we get the second. Being as there's a vacation every month and I have summer school every month, I might as well pack a bunch of cardboard boxes instead of a bag. I'll be spending alot of time with Rochelle. Grrr...that means I'm grounded for no reason.
My parents do the right things for the wrong reasons and the wrong things for the right reasons. Tony said that one, and the more I think about it, I see it's right.

Well, looks like R.Smith will be attending the 2nd PCF Cookout.

Still no yes or no as to whether or not I'm going. Pygmalion is coming over on Thursday to kiss my stepmothers ass into letting me take an Amtrak...which would be cooler than cool and about thirty bucks. Since it's Pygmalion thats doing said ass-kissing, there's actually a fairly good chance I'll get to go. WHEEEE!!! It's about like...two weeks after my birthday! So I'll be coming as seventeen...probably with some kind of dessert...most likely some kind of dessert!

I have only three invites out - one is actually to someone in Florida, and I know there are more than two of us in Florida. (Although one Floridian here is attached to one of the out-of-state invites, depending on how college hunting goes for him.)

Seeing as my father booked our plane tickets last night, I suppose it goes without saying that I will be coming. I look forward to meeting those who will be attending the Southeast exposition in approximately three weeks.

I got my invite in the mail yesterday. Nice Big O vs. Beck the Great RX-3 theme. I'll be there, as far as I know. Still gotta find someone to cover for me at work for that Saturday and part of that Sunday, but I'll get it figured out...

Now it seems that the north eastcoast cookout may loose about 4 guests as now I just receive word that Dark-Impreza may take more than 3 weeks to come to NYC. Which I know is mid July, not good news to speak but it seems that I may have to use plan b. To Cape Cod or bust.
