Paradigm City Turns 2!

On January 4, 2003, Shredder and I officially opened this site, which means that today is Paradigm City's second anniversary! We do have an update as usual to celebrate it, but unfortunately it's not entirely ready yet as we're still waiting on a few things. I'll update this post when everything is prepared, so be sure to check back soon!
