Rate the location

Um... its not really the description of your location but rather of your record in the MFL. The MFL seems like a kickass place to be but I've never really been there, and when I am actually there I'm really confused as to what's going on. But anyway, nice way to showoff your record in the MFL but its not really a location.

I have to agree with Venome on that point.

But still, it's a pretty cool location. Given the fact that its unknown what is outside the universe, if anything at all. So that adds into the point score as well.

Yes, it's a quote from the 1974 movie, Chinatown. Its the last line said in the movie and its said by one of Jack Nicholson's partners. "Forget Jake, it's Chinatown." basically indicates that Chinatown is a corrupt quagmire where justice and the system don't mean a damn. By telling that to Jake, he's basically saying that Faye Dunaway's character who got killed won't recieve justice and her corrupt rich-ass father won't see the punishment that should be given to him because of his power and because of the how the system is so messed up in Chinatown.

As for your location, I like it since it reminds me of Sealab. At first I hated that show but over time, Cap'N Murphy and his crazy antics grew on me. Also, nice transition into how much Murphy hates Pod Six. That always gives me a chuckle.

Nine: Upon reading that description I can finally understand the true meaning of your location, therefore I can honestly rate it 8/10.

Why not a perfect ten you may ask? Simply because you had to explain it for me to understand.

Buck Buck: Well... Luigi does own a mansion, but it really doesn't go with the rest of the Mario Hoops stuff you've got. Very depressing. However, it IS a reference to one of the better Gamecube games, so, 7/10.
