It Snowed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This bodes well for the winter. Something like 75% of my school is from California, they're all going to cry when it gets REAL cold. Heh.
Mr. Fortnight 10-12-2006 12:55 PM
We're getting snowbursts in Minneapolis, but no accumulation(?).
Hobodoken 10-12-2006 12:56 PM
Middle of VA... still hasn't dropped below 40.

Damnation, I was informed it snowed often in this valley.
Nine Kuze 10-12-2006 01:04 PM
Um, I must be the only one around here who doesn't like the snow.

Too much of a bother really.
Peace.

In other news, I went surfing at the beach today.

I do, however, kind of sort of miss the snow.

The weather is gonna drop in NYC to about 32 degrees tomorrow. F*CK. Neutral

Not the snow they're used to in California, heh.[/ozymandius]

Just fullires, but it melt's in midair. O well as the saying goes "The weather changes every 5 minutes in Kentucky".
Nine Kuze 02-14-2007 09:05 AM
Oh, it snowed alright. It snowed something fierce. I'm in Rochester. Michigan right now and I don't know the exact numbers but I'd say around 10 inches dropped over the night. And it was a bitch driving to school... only to have my class cancelled and the place is pretty empty now.

So yeah, its pretty bad right now.
Peace.

This isn't snow so much as it's pain falling out of the sky in the form of pointy ice shards.

Stupid freezing rain.

WOOT!

Yeah, now I have to go try and scrape ice before it refreezes! WOOHOO, ITS A WINTER WONDERLAND (I need a flamethrower)

edit:

Having looked at my "I was bored and out at 4 am shoveling, HARDY HAR HAR" post. I was either on some sort of peyote back then, or wildly unprepared for the ice I'd be facing a year or so later in pennsylvania. What the hell was/is wrong with me, seriously.
Hobodoken 02-14-2007 03:23 PM
Second Wednesday in a row off because of inclament weather.

Had yesterday off for some sort of senior testing or whatever, but nearly everything closed at 4 PM anyhow.
Chitter-Box-Kat 02-14-2007 06:46 PM
I like it when it's white. . .

I got out of school early today due to snow in NYC. and on Valentine's Day to boot. There's irony there somewhere.

The only thing I hate about the snow is that it's freezing cold, and when the wind blows, it get's worse. Otherwise, HAIL JACK FROST! BRING ME A SNOW DAY!!

Hell it snows everywhere around where I live but it hardly ever snows where it needs to

Not at all, its kind of self-explainatory as it should be. Also, you like patting his head don't you?

Um, it snowed a couple of inches lately and everything (again) is iced over. Also, the wind's been picking up and there have been many power shortages lately. The power went out around three times today around here. So woo and all that with iced over floors and whatnot.
Peace.

That's enough to stop the newspaper, but not enough to stop school.
