Very nice, Evan! Clear, goes well with your sig, and fits you perfectly. ^^ 10/10

Umino:

Blurry. Very blurry. It's really bad. It detracts a lot from this avatar. The colors are nice (though, a bit dull). But, it needs to be sharper.

Also, the motion is hard to notice. It's rather choppy, it's short, and the timing has it too far apart. The idea is cool, but the execution leaves much to be desired.

Nice Strike Gundam image. No noticable grain or blur, but it would probably look better if the Strike's head were centered in the image in my opinion. Overall, it's a nice one.

X_X; A border would work nicely, without it I don't like the white, It would be better if (white) were to be transparent, or if the whole image had a border, THEN IT Would PWN!
But for now a 7.5/10 Would do.

Ben:

Your avatar is really small. What's even more annoying is that it's so far to the top left in the alotted space for an avatar. My first suggestion would be to place your animation in the center of a 115x115 pixel image. That way it's not so far to one side.

Second, the image is a bit choppy. This probably can't be helped, and it's the major flaw of nearly all animated avatars. It really irks me, actually. If you're going to animate, I want a completely smooth image.

Benjamin: Like Wienberg mentioned, it's extremely small. Personally, I don't like it when sprites are used as avatars. There's no border. No end. The object/character just sits there, floating around in side of the page, and off to one side, at that (as Wienberg also mentioned).

The only positive thing I can think of is that it corresponds to your signature image. But I think you've definitely had better avatars in the past.

Madrona: Hm, like I've told everyone else, I'm not much for just plain white backgrounds, but this seems to be a fanart of some sort, so I'm not sure on what to say. It's interesting, more or less, but kind of dull.

An avatar with potential, I think...unfortunately, its image quality really takes it down. I think the image is far too blurry than it should be, and on top of that it is a little grainy. The text on the right side (not the "it all fades away") seems a little frivolous, in my opinion...of course, it doesn't really matter (that comes down to personal preference, I think, since clearly the text is meant to be unreadable).

I do like the font used for "it all fades away:" it is very readable, original, and blends in with the image very nicely. Clearly the avatar's strongpoint.

The saturation is...interesting, to say the least. The center gray with the orange framing the image is a nice touch; I think it would have been more effective if the orange frame extended to the right side, however. It would be a very suitable (and not to mention original) substitution for a traditional border, which I'm glad you left out since I don't think it would fit on this avatar.

Overall, I think the avatar is nice, and the idea is good, but the execution isn't great, largely because of the poor image quality.

Oh, dear. I hate to say it, but the image quality for this avatar is...well, pretty bad. It is quite grainy, particularly around the inner borders (though also around the figure, too). Easily one of the worst qualities of this avatar...

The image itself also looks a little crushed...I think the eyes are a little too blurry. Overall, image quality is very poor and, I think, needs to be improved.

The text is readable, though, which is a saving grace. I think it fits fairly well, too.

The shadow effect for the text is pretty nice, I must admit. I can't say the same for the grey sides...perhaps you were trying to go for transparency? Better to use actual transparency, I think...either that, or cut those parts out of the avatar and go for a smaller one. Or, enlarge the image a bit...those are, I think, better alternatives than what you have done.

...sorry for tearing the avatar apart, but I'm just trying to give you helpful criticism. Improve the image quality and get rid of those grey strips, and I don't think the avatar would be all that bad, really. As it stands, however, it's really nothing special.
