Mike -
Image quality is pretty good for the most part. There's no grainy artifacts that I notice at all. I also like how you did the border for the avatar. Also, the fact that the image is of Darth Vader makes it a great avatar automatically, in my opinion. Overall, great job.

I don't know what to say, buddy...
...going from AIRhead to mallards. This is rather a very interesting change. The image has a very nice quality to it and I really like use of the borders with the avatar and the border.
Trisa: 8.5/10

I still love the Misato avvie, though... I dunno. There seems to be a good amount of blend between the avatr and her background in the image, there's not much contrast.
Still, high-quality, nice expression.

The Venome Lord: Looks pretty darn good quality wise. Plus, the character looks pretty hard core. So that's two pros right there.
I give it a solid: 9/10.

That looks like a picture of Gambit from one of the Capcom v. Marvel or X-Men v. Street Fighter games, neh? Awesome picture, though slightly grainy and there's no border to help contain the picture, plus a lot of empty white space rather than small patches of it here and there, so I'm afraid it can only get an...
8... out of 10.
Note: While my current avatar has a lot of white space, you notice he has pointy things (appendages, horns, etc...) to interrupt it.
Venome: Yeah, there is a lot of white space, but that's ok because the character has a lot going on with him and a complicated background would mess things up. Plus, pointy things and Zero are cool. 9/10.

I give Mike a 10/10 for image quality and classic Vader goodness. Seriously you can't go wrong with cyborgs. Especially that one.
My avy is crappy its just a picture from a doujin that made me giggle.

Had to comment on this... I liked your old Keel avatar better. This new one makes him seem fat with that unbelievably plump face, making me give it a -1 to a 9/10.

It's probably perfectly good art...but the character just looks too queer (by the definition of "strange").

It's a tombstone so that gets some points right there. But its not so clear and I don't really see the connection for that and your current theme.

Just to answer your quandry... the tombstone is inscribed "Emmett Brown" (BttF) and was for my doomsday 06.06.06 theme goin on with the location as well... since that was kinda a "bad"/"omninous" point of the film. |
Oh okay, thanks for clearing that up, Evan. I knew it said 'Emmett Brown' but I didn't get the 6.6.6 theme that you were rocking. Thanks for taking the time to clear that out for me.
Peace.

Nine XXVI: You know, I don't really like Evangelion, it confuses me so. However, your avatar does look pretty darn good, and it fits with whole Misato theme. Plus, Misato is a likable character, so it gets points for that.
I give it a: 9/10

Love the avatar...little to much pink but cute 8/10
The drawing is good, the image is clear, it could help to have some kind of a background or different cropping though. 8/10.

Dude, what else can I say? Its Darth Vader.
But also, the image has very nice clarity and the border is a great compliment to the avatar as well. And also, that is a very dead good picture of a frontal shot of Vader which also adds to the kick assness of the avatar.
Mike: 9.5/10
Peace.
