Very nice, sharp and clean. However, the art itself is kinda ugly.

Mike (current avatar): Well from looking at the sig and than the avatar, its clever to show two different angles of Ackbar, from the side looking down as we would at the ship and just straight-up at us. Its a little dark but that doesn't really work against you and its rather clear as well.

Mike (current avatar): 7.5/10

Mike (alternate avatar): The avatar is exactly from the sig, which is a interesting touch (hell, I did the same thing), and he carries the same thing the sig carries, that interesting swagger and attitude. Although the clarity is all that impressive, not as much as the current anyway, and the character isn't in the center which might throw off some people. Unless that's what you're going for, than bravo!

Seems I just couldn't stay away from a KH2 theme.

Took a little while to make it transparent, I like the coloring of Roxas' eyes and the overall art style.

...Wow. And I don't exactly mean that in a positive way.

Some may actually like the idea of seeing rough linework, but I on the other hand do not find it very appealing... The head itself drives me mad, it has a very rough feel to it. -1.

And the face...

...I'm sorry, if I didn't know that the character was male, I'd have simply not have been able to accurately tell Roxas' gender, which in all honestly shouldn't happen. Maybe it's the fact that he looks like he has an extremely heavy application of mascara. There's something about the shape of the mouth that rings the wrong bells too... -2 there. For the record, I even tested this with someone who hasn't played KH2. He thought female." I said no. He said 'it's a sick looking male then'.

It's probably pretty good to, er, artistic types, but it simply does not appeal to me. 7/10.

Found that I just wasn't happy with the Roxas' sig or avatar.

R. Smith: I have no idea who or what Gackt is, but it's a good image. There's just a little but of unclearitude around the hair.

It's nice and action-packed (something that would definately get a 9/10 or 10/10) ...however, it's kinda fast and blurryish so I can't really tell what the bleep is happening that's action-packed I blaim that on the restrictive size (pixel x pixel) required to make the animation small enough for usage as an avatar... but overall I still give it a solid 8/10 because it's awesome.

The time-traveling DeLorean alone would earn this avatar a 9/10, but the addition of the steam locomotive seals it the 10/10.

Back to the Future rocks. Best time machine(s) ever.

The image is extremely clear, very well rendered, and of course Admiral Adama pwns all, plus the Galactica give your avatar a 15/10.

The Venome Lord: I like the dark colored border that you have around it. Also, the color theme that is used is also well used together. The beam across the avatar is a nice touch, and I know other members have been complaining about the text in the avatar as well, I don't have a problem with it and its clear enough for me.

I do have to mark you down because this same character in your avatar is also in the SNK vs. Capcom Chaos game as a hidden character and he ANNOYS the living hell out of me. But still, nice avatar with all things considered.

It's a pretty image (Al from FMA?) although I think the closeup is a little too close up. There is a bit of JPEG-looking grain which is a bit irrk-y. 8/10
