R.Smith 9/10 What happening in that scene?

I have this avatar till Barrin comes home and can help me get a new custom avatar. Its kind of nice though.

R.Smith, hmm...interesting. Good job done with the clarity, etc....hmm the darkness of the picture seems to be just right for the forums background. It isn't outstandingly awesome, but it's a above average job. 8/10

If I had to guess I'd say it was SD Canti from FLCL getting sucked into Miroku's wind tunnel. At least that's what it looks like.

Rock on! This one makes me laugh. It looks like a chibi Gundam with a guitar.
Thankfully, because could you imagine the size of a real guitar with a real size Gundam???
It's a little grainy but who cares?? It goes well with your overall theme and, I just like it. 9/10

Actually it's Deoxys from Pokemon Ruby&Sapphire (and Emerald too I guess).


Madrona -- Hmm...nice clarity, interesting expression, and the border works well considering how the black and the red go together. 8.5/10

Evan- Deoxys? Nice angle and color. You also get bonus points for using a pokemon 10/10

Almasy- this is a bit unusual for you. The picture's a little grainy, but I love the border with the 'kiss' text. I don't know how you did that but it's wonderful 9/10

edit: now that I think about it, your avatar goes nicely with your sig, Alex. The grainy-ness and the 'kiss' do give it a trashy feel.

Dude...you got one of the most awesome avatars out there. The pose, the character, and the color is really good. It further puts out your image as a cool, collected killer. And while some people complain about the grain, it actually enhances the gritty effect. 10/10 for all its merits.

Normally, I am not a big fan of horizontal avatars, but I have to admit that this one is not too bad. It is most definitely one of the better ones out there.

The image quality is pretty good, considering the image's lighting. I do not notice any grain or blurriness or anything of the sort: it looks pretty good.

Horizontal avatars are rather uncommon, and even more uncommon are ones that, when all is said and done, are pretty good. Chalk some up to originality there, then--especially when one considers darker avatars are also not in the majority (though they aren't exactly rare, either). The image perspective is also a little unusual, too. Perhaps nothing one has not seen before, but still something one does not see every avatar.

I think it is in color and saturation that this avatar really fails. Now, I understand the image is supposed to be dark, but I cannot help but think that the colors are nevertheless more bland than they probably could be. I think if the colors were...if not brighter, at least not so plain and unsaturated, this avatar could be best improved.

It probably could be a little bigger, but I suppose its current size is not too bad. Personally, I would make it a little bigger, so long as it doesn't hurt the image quality...I think that could probably be done here. Again, that's just my personal taste speaking there, though.

When all is said and done, this is a pretty solid avatar, and one of the better horizontal ones that I have seen. Well done!
