Zopwx2: I was reading that comic this morning. It's pretty funny! You chose an excellent picture to make an avatar out of. 9.5/10.

Umino: I like the old-timey brownish-orange tint to it! And as usual, the image quality is extraordinary. I just think a border would add to it, though. 9.5/10.

Yomiko: The image quality is lacking, and that strange bar at the top is disracting. It is always a good idea to use all the 100 X 100 pixel limit on the avatars, so perhaps you could make a bigger one. 5/10.

You should make your avatar an animation, switching from manga Rock Lee to anime Rock Lee. It'll match with your sig better, but just a suggestion. It's a great avatar already. 10/10

D-Boy- 8/10 It looks like a rather nice manip of the Linix Penquin. Very cute. The only problem I see with it is the border, how it doesn't around the bottom. I could fix it if you want.
