A very nice avatar of Rudy Giuliani; the border and background are very nice. Though somewhat plain and washed out colors exist around Mr. Giuliani's head, it matches your profile and personality flawlessly.

Thanks and, actually, it's from a film noir animation theme; thus the sephia color tone.

This image is incredibly grainy. All across the face, there are a bunch of pixels which are mis-colored. Additionally, the image isn't as crisp as would be desired. Finally, the coloration is a bit bland.

Meh, pretty bland picture there. And the red background is not too great. Quality-wise, it's very good. No grain or anything. 8/10

The color seems only ok, but that's probably because it's from an old anime. The lines in her hair and the edge of her face are a little weird but overall it's good. 9/10.

Edit: It's actually a closeup of some new ridiculously-detailed figure of Vader.

VADER! So that was the disturbence in the force I felt, GAT changeing to the dark side.
The yellow glow lighting him from below is somewhat distracting, but otherwise a nice shot of the (new costume?) dark lord.

A Gundam playing a guitar is about one of the coolest things I have ever seen. Even if it is a weird, multicolor Gundam. 10/10 for genuine coolness.

Darth Nat:
Batman. Total +7 points for that. Nice animated. Little obious grain if any, great quote thing. So that adds up to...

17/10.

BigOZ not sure who it is, but its a clear image so 8/10

Ive decided to try scanning in manga to make avatars now, first in the series is the beautiful but deadly secret agent Najica from the manga version* of Najica Blitz Tactics.

It's pretty good. Not much grain but a lot of dead space. 7/10.

I love Darth Vader (obviously). I also like the lighting in that shot, and it's a really crisp picture. It might be a little small, though, but that's only a terribly minor fault in an otherwise great avatar. 9/10

Well, it certainly fits the constant theme you always seem to have around Chairman Kaga. I'd give it an 8/10

It's infested with grain, horribly. So much that many parts of the image is barely legible at a glance. I'm also not very fond of the odd dimensions. However, it is a very interesting shot of Roger. I rate it a solid six out of ten.

It looks like...a Chibi Cloud....very odd...never the less a nice doodle like drawing.

D-boy: The colors are a bit to washed out, it's kind of hard to see what the picture is. Other than that, I don't see much wrong with it. 7.5/10

C.B.B.: Not bad, but not really attention grabbing. The pink border goes well with it, though. Overall, a 7/10.

Volt: I really like the picture I have no idea who that is but I do have a soft spot for black and white photographs not to mention the compensisation is als really good and pretty crisp also. 9/10
