I always look stoned in every picture. That's due to lack of sleep. Oh well.

...well, I used it as an excuse for why I haven't done any MFL work in...forever, and I'm sure it's come up in at least one thread.
So I suppose I'm somewhat obligated to post pictures. Either that, or I'm just trying to find something that can occupy me until I can fall asleep:
From the Baccalaureate Mass. Yes, I know I probably look a
little evil with the red eyes, but I assure you, a friend of mine (in a group picture) looks thrice as evil as I in this one.
Immediately after the Commencement Ceremony; as you can see, our school doesn't do gowns, caps, or diploma scrolls. The faculty and staff wear pretty awesome robes, though (complete with degree insignia).
From the evening after the Commencement Ceremony (one of two graduation parties I attended).
Those are all the pictures I have, and probably the last ones I'll post for a while; there's not much more to see. Sure, there are prom pictures, but the only difference between those and the graduation photo is a different colored tuxedo (black) in a different locale (the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel).
And I posted a picture with my hair down a while back.
Cerpin: yeah, you
do look stoned in every one of your pictures (at least, every picture that I've seen). Actually, if you
didn't look stoned in your pictures, I would probably start to worry a little.

The thing is, a friend of mine overdosed on cocaine recently. Even before that, I pretty much quit drinking and drugs. I've adopted a somewhat "straight edge" lifestyle (except for the celibacy part, and prescription drugs), but I don't really share that with everyone unless prompted (like so), and don't try to force others to adopt the same or a similar lifestyle like straight edge kids. I call "Dos Equis".
The bags under my eyes and glazed look come from struggling with insomnia, in which I'm on Ambien for, as well as many restless hours of trying to get a book written and recording music on the weekends.

Cerpin, I think you misunderstood. I didn't mean to doubt you: I believed you when you said it was just lack of sleep. All I meant with my other comment was that I'm so accustomed to seeing you like that, that if I saw you any differently it would be quite a shock.
I can't imagine I've suffered the same struggles with insomnia as you, although I can sympathize to an extent--I do suffer from it from time to time (I will admit that part of it comes from want: more often than not, I'll defy my body and attempt to stay awake longer than I know I should), and I consider myself lucky I've not developed pronounced bags under my eyes (though year after year they do seem to become more noticable, from my own point of view).
Now is actually a good example of the whole I ought to get to sleep but don't want to bug. Oh well.

I didn't misundersdand. I just decided it was a good place to say it.
However, my insomnia has become such a problem that my record of going without sleep (unintentionally) is now 125 hours. I was on the highest dosage of a few prescrition sleep drugs, and still unable to go to sleep. GAD is a cause of it all, according to a doctor, so I'm being treated for that, but whatever. Everything needs to be labeled for some reason.

I gradu-ma-lated high school this past Sunday. That's my alma mater behind me, and although I had grown weary of it, you must admit it is a very good-looking building.

That IS a nice building! I'm jealous. My high school is pathetic. Doesn't even feel like a high school, more like a middle school.
Cute bears too.

I'm flattered you feel that way about me!
*faints*
I'm sorry to break your heart, comrade, but I don't plan on ever making a myspace page for myself. I'm just not interested in that sort of thing, and I've got enough places of my own on the interwebs.
But don't fret! I really should have more pictures of myself in general on the interwebs, soI'm going to try and post more here.

You know, for as long as I've been a member here in Paradigm and seen other members pictures here, I've always wanted to do the same and post a picture of myself as well.
Well, until now, this is now a possible reality. I got a new cell phone recently that takes photos. And with those of you that have camera phones, well, you know that for the most part they rather suck hard. I did a lil' bit of editing to make the pictures come out clearer but still, its better than nothing right?
So, with the introduction out of the way, allow me to reintroduce myself...
BEHOLD!

Testing out this thing with lots of light in my basement.

Me on the campus at night.

I really like this picture, with the light in the background and with me not looking at the camera. Maybe I should have looked just straight-ahead, but still I like how it came out.
So, yeah that's me and I've got more pictures of myself that I'll post in the near time future. But for now, enjoy!
Peace.
