If I'd gone straight from Big O to Samurai Champloo it would have been a bit of a shock to me too. But I've seen Bebop and a few other things Blum has done (GTO, anyone?) and they were a nice cushion into Mugen. If you do more try doing a megadeus battle. Even though he doesn't mask his voice I never hear Roger Smith in Mugen. But dubbing Roger with Mugen when he's all riled up may blur their differences a bit.

I've got a few more SC episodes in English so I'll see what I can put together.

Does anyone want other characters edited?

I recall hearing both Alex Rosewater's VA, and Angel's VA in episode 2 of SC.

This is only if you guys want this to be more then Mugen/Roger.


However, I don't know if I'll do anymore tonight, its pretty hot, and I'm not in an AC'd room.


Also, if anyone has any suggestions on edits, please by all means list them.

Hehe, that's exactly the one line I was thinking about after I finished this. (now you get out of my mind this time )

Its cooling off, so who knows, I might get another one in before the night's over. But the Mugen Smith took a least 30+ tries on the audio to get it to sync well with the video, so maybe I'll get it done for the late-late crowd.

Instead of just doing a small clip of that part, I wanted the viewer to get drawn in, and almost not notice the change.

You might notice that the words are somewhat spaced out with the "I'll take on all you Bitches", I did this so that it would sync better with the video.


Also, I've gone a step further and mixed in the background music to make it even better. For a second time, this is pretty darn good, if I don't say so myself. ^_^

On the first clip: Roger's second line was much more in line with what Roger's mood. That really seals the deal with the change in the lines, the mood being similar between the two characters.
That said I really should learn to keep my big trap shut and not spawn stuff like this, but then what would make life worth liveing? Thus I will continue to run my mouth without thinking of the results.

Just listened to the second one and the double Fine killed the line. "Fine, I'll give you my answer. Fine I'll take all you bit**es on!" That didn't work out so well. Mute the 2nd Fine and it could work.

Final verdict: Mugen Smith must appear more often.

Edit: Real is delivering crap quality compared to the wmv format.

LOL! It's all the things we know Roger is thinking but he never says.

I'm liking Mugen Smith... very much!

Ok, the WMV file is up, much better quality then the RM. I'm stiil uploading RM files so that those who can't sit and wait for the WMV files can sort of see/hear what I'm doing.


Also, I know the fine in, "Fine! I'll take all you bitches on!" doesn't fit that well, but I really can't take it out. I need it in there to help me fill in the audio that I'm replacing, since "I'll take.....etc" is shorter then "people are not...etc".


Besides, I never claimed I'd be able to do this flawlessly.
