The Cry of the Nightingale
By Beth McBeth

Wayneright to R. Dorothy:

Nightingale, Nightingale how are you?
Nightingale, Nightingale I always loved you.

Though I cage you in rage
And make you change

Your always my daughter my one true daughter
You were never really a bother.

You say your plastic metal and twine?
Even still your always mine.

Nightingale, Nightingale thou art mine
Always and forever till the end of time.

R. Dorothy to Wayneright:

You say you’re my father?
You have no right.

You created me out of blind sight
You want back what was lost,
It can never be found.

I am not yours to toy around.

Set me free so I may be
I am not yours to cage.
Let me go, please.

Waynewright to R. Dorothy:

I can never set you free!
Your mine all mine!

I created you all this time!
I love you so much it hurts,

I have brought you back form the dead to be re born,
And this is the thanks I get?
You wish you had never been born?!

R. Dorothy to Wayneright:

If to live and be free means to stay and be caged,
Granted yes I wish things would change.

I m not free and I am not truly living
So who’s to say that I am not already dead?

Father you smother me so,
One day you will have to let me go.

Wayneright to Dorothy:

Never! Never! You are always mine!
I brought you back once and I can do it again!

Do you know how it feels to live in cycle of sorrow that never ends?
Of course not!
You never could and no
You can not feel this woe!

R. Dorothy:

Father, if you truly love me,
then set me free…

Nice dialogue. I think this one belongs in the fanfiction area.

Wow!!!! This is really good. I agree with Auntie Pyg, you should definitely send this one to the FanFic area.

Kudos! This dialog rocks! Big Grin

Thank you guys very much, I randomly sketched this and thought it should go here with this as well. I will see if maybe it becomes more than just a sketch.
